Tagliatelle with the White Truffle of Acqualagna

Tagliatelle is the best fresh pasta which perfectly pairs with the fine white truffle of Acqualagna. In this recipe you will discover how to best enjoy one of the most typical dishes of this area.

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 gr. tagliatelle
100 gr. butter
50 gr. white truffles
beef stock
grated parmisan cheese and salt

Instructions:

Melt the butter until it is frothy. Add a few tablespoons of stock and salt to taste. Add the mixture to the truffle and with the heat turned off, also add the parmisan. Cook the tagliatelle in abundant salted water, drain the pasta and put it on the serving dish. Add to it the previously made cream sauce and sprinkle slivers of white truffle onto the pasta.
