Black Truffle crostini are an excellent starter to offer your dinner guests. If you have this kind of truffle, you could certainly try out this simple and tasty recipe.
Ingredients: Butter, Flour, Stock, Truffle, Parmisan.
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a pan.
Add 3 spoonfuls of flour.
Add the heated stock.
Mix well and reach the right thickness to obtain a white sauce or béchamel.
Add the grated truffle and mix together.
Add the grated Parmisan.
